The Koios Investment Team
Our team brings together individual expertise in institutional portfolio management, macroeconomic research, private wealth planning, and entrepreneurial capital allocation. Together, these disciplines form the foundation of a unified capital management framework.
Koios (pronounced KOY-oss) takes its name from the Greek Titan associated with intellect, inquiry, and the questioning mind. The name reflects both our history and our philosophy. Our founders met more than 25 years ago at Janus Capital Group, another investment organization whose name was drawn from Greek mythology. Years later, when forming Koios, we wanted a name that honored that origin while expressing the discipline at the center of our work.
For us, Koios represents the pursuit of better questions: the willingness to examine assumptions, study evidence, think independently, and apply judgment with discipline. That spirit guides how we evaluate markets, construct portfolios, and help clients make well-informed decisions.

He leads investment advice and planning, with deep experience in both corporate and private enterprise management, capital allocation, investment research and navigating business and estate transitions.
